El objeto de este curso es presentar a los profesores las intersecciones posibles (e incluso, necesarias) entre el trabajo investigativo y los proyectos de impacto social. En ciertos círculos académicos, o en ciertos campos del conocimiento, se puede hallar la creencia de que los investigadores que trabajan en el campo social, difícilmente tienen éxito en el mundo científico u obtienen poca visibilidad de sus productos (libros, artículos en revistas científicas, etc.). Asimismo, puede existir el supuesto de que quienes tienen intenso trabajo científico con alta actividad en publicación o desarrollo de proyectos de investigación, no tienen un vínculo con la proyección o el impacto social de su trabajo. Este curso busca explorar los puentes entre esos dos ámbitos de trabajo del profesor, a través de la revisión de metodologías que permitan obtener resultados satisfactorios a partir de la simbiosis entre la investigación y la proyección social. Se tratará, como caso de estudio, el tema de construcción de paz, con el que la Universidad ha conseguido un alto rendimiento en materia de investigación y, gracias a ello, en la proyección social. Este curso se ofrece en el marco de la Cátedra UNESCO de Educación y Cultura para la Paz.

Cambridge University, through RosEA, offers the most internationally recognised certificate in teaching in English at university. The course is mainly delivered online. Upon completion, you'll receive a certificate from Cambridge Assessment validating your ability to teach in English in an English-speaking university.
