As a professor, how can I manage challenging situations associated with intercultural scenarios in my classroom? With the development of international teaching-learning processes and the constant exchange of students, we are likely to face situations where interculturality becomes an obstacle to effectively conducting our lessons. This course attempts to address this situation and provide strategies, tips, and suggestions to handle them appropriately. Also, it will provide some instruction on how to adapt our lessons to intercultural demands, based on up-to-date research and grounded theory. Required level: B1-B2
