They provide feedback to improve your chances of initiating, structuring, and consolidating your ideas, projects, and businesses. Thus, at Start Factory we support business, social, intrapreneurial, and university spin-off initiatives that create socio-environmental, cultural, and economic value.

Entrepreneurial Itinerary Program
It is a comprehensive program with three stages: Pre-incubation, incubation, and business acceleration. During these stages, we support ideas, projects, and businesses, categorizing them based on their level of maturity and development by providing training, support, advice, mentoring, entrepreneur software, and reports.
Pre-Incubation
We help you to work on the creative aspects of the idea until a 3D business model is created. This process requires mandatory functional and commercial validation, addressing real-world problems through a prototype [product / service]

- During the pre-incubation stage, you work on everything from ideation to 3D modeling, ensuring both functional and commercial validation. During the incubation stage, you work on consolidating the sales, commercial, administrative, operational, and legal processes. Finally, during the acceleration stage, you work on financing, optimization, and expansion processes.
- In the One Day Challenge, when the projects and businesses are analyzed and evaluated, an initial estimation is made.
- No, UR improves ideas, but does not take ownership of them under the current model. When the 1010 fund that will invest in Rosarista businesses and projects becomes operational, the selection process and investment model may change.
- Yes, upon meeting all the requirements stated by the Institutional Business Unit, for which we provide guidance.
- Yes, there is a confidentiality clause for the entire team of consultants, mentors, advisors, the support team, and UR Emprende’s base team.
