1. Before starting your process, you should know our deadlines for nomination and application for mobility:
Semester 1
- Nomination: third week of April
- Application: first week of May
Semester 2
- Nomination: third week of October
- Application: first week of November
2. Requirements you must meet to be accepted to our university:
- Being of legal age before starting the mobility program.
- Having a seat and being enrolled in an academic program at your home university during the period you will be participating in the mobility program.
3. Documents to be uploaded on our application platform once your home university nominates you:
- Being of legal age before starting the mobility program
- Have a seat and be enrolled in an academic program at your home university during the period you will be participating in the mobility program.
- Letter or email from the home institution presenting the student as a candidate; or a letter expressing interest in participating in the Student Mobility Program.
- Academic transcript
- If students are interested in taking courses offered in English, they must demonstrate English proficiency at an intermediate or B1 level.
- Copy of the Citizenship Card.
- Having a Health Care Provider (EPS) affiliation

Only applications submitted through our platform will be considered. No applications will be accepted by mail or email. The system does not register incomplete nominations, so we recommend that you fill out the registration form once you have collected all the previously specified documents.
