1. Alumni account / Alumni Portal
To access your virtual passport as a Universidad del Rosario alumnus, enter your ID card number. Once you’ve accessed your Virtual Passport you will have access to all the virtual services that the university offers.
2. Update your information
Updating your information allows you to see others’ information, request services, and apply to job opportunities.
3. Alumni card
Alumni who graduated in the last year can request their alumni card in the issuing section once logged in to their alumni profile.
Those who graduated more than a year ago must pay $41,000 in the Admissions Office (Edificio Santafé - Cra 6 No. 14-13) and bring their receipt when getting their thumbprints and picture taken. The card is issued immediately in Office 412 of the same building.
4. Job opportunities
To see and apply to job opportunities, you must log into the alumni system with your egresado@urosario.edu.co account. If you forgot your username or password you must go to the alumni portal.
5. Certificate, transcript, and copy of diploma
Requests for graduate certificates, transcripts, and diploma duplicates are processed by the Academic Secretary’s Office in the virtual platform.
6. Academic facilities
Universidad del Rosario offers its facilities and resources to alumni in support of their professional development and to strengthen their identity as Universidad del Rosario alumni. Virtual tour.
7. Library
Alumni enjoy physical and virtual access to the library, reference materials in technical collections and laboratories, video library materials, and technical databases.
8. Donations
Contributions help other students study and realize their professional dreams.
9. Newsletter
The alumni office sends out the virtual newsletter, which includes a summary of Universidad del Rosario news.
