Nomination letter
A short explanation of the reasons why you want to participate in an academic exchange program at Universidad del Rosario (UR).
A letter of recommendation from a professor from your university.
Transcript of records
Valid passport.
Language requirements:
- For Academic exchange students: Spanish language proficiency certificate – Level B1
- For Double degree students: Spanish language proficiency certificate – Level B2

If you are Interested in taking a Spanish course to complement your language training you can contact the Spanish for Foreigners Program pepe@urosario.edu.co. They will indicate you which course is the most appropriate for your needs. Remember that you can take an intensive course two weeks before the beginning of the semester with a very special price.
General requirements

If you are interested in applying to Universidad del Rosario to study for one or two semesters as part of our study abroad or Double Degree program, visit your university’s International Relations Office to request information on agreements between both institutions and on the internal enrollment procedure. Once you are given a letter of approval from your university, you should gather the following documents:

Nomination letter

Important

Please note that some double degree programs have additional requirements, which will be informed during the application process. Only applications that have been completed through the online form will be considered. The system does not save incomplete applications, we recommend you to fill the application form once you have gathered all the documents specified above.

All the exchange and double degree students must have an international health insurance, which must cover their whole stay at our University and which must include medical assistance and repatriation.
