Services for Professors
Diplomas are a strategy related to the professorial development program that enables Rosarista professors to address topics of their interest in greater depth, in accordance with the lines of action defined by academic management and the CEAP. These diplomas are free of charge and are aligned with the professorial development courses that the CEAP offers. The time taken to carry out and certify diplomas must not exceed two years. You can take a diploma by designed your own training and update pathway by means of the topics promoted in the range of professorial development courses. You can take one of the following three diplomas: Diploma 1: Teaching methods for Learning to Learn– 80 hours This program provides Rosarista professors with a training opportunity that promotes active teaching practices and classroom-based teaching innovation scenarios that are based on in-depth, comprehensive and contextualized learning with the needs of modern education. Diploma 2: Teaching and Learning in English – 80 This diploma enables Rosarista professors to boost their skills related to teaching and learning in their English classes. As part of this proposal you will delve deeper into aspects of writing, reading and oral presentations. The courses offered are supported by RosEA. Further information here Diploma 3: Research and Innovation – 80 hours The aim of this training proposal is to enhance research and innovation abilities in disciplinary and educational matters. Accordingly, the courses that are part of the diploma include topics related to research methods and methodologies, visibility and scientific writing. Further information here
