Anthropology Program

Anthropology Program

Under the guidance of the Universidad del Rosario’s Anthropology program, you will learn about the diversity of societies and of the human experience, by investigating how different people inhabit and understand the world around them. You will analyze how social relationships have shaped differences in gender, social class, ethnicity, region, race, and environment. We also hope that you employ our social and cultural approach to contribute to knowledge and the transformation of Colombia’s most critical social problems.

You will participate in dynamic academic spaces, where you will be able to accompany us in our commitment to demonstrating the relevance of understanding social inequality and the diversity of human groups across time and space: their identity, ways of life, customs, environmental protection practices and beliefs, as well as their opportunities, challenges and aspirations to attain greater human wellbeing.
